Sydney node 1 is online, however services are not yet online. We are making post-maintenance adjustments, then services should resume as normal.

Singapore node 1, as well as Sydney nodes 4 and 5 are now back online.
Sydney node 1 appears to have some hardware fault and we're still investigating the matter.

Montreal, CA services have been restored fully.
Singapore node 1 continues the filesystem check.
Sydney, AU nodes 1, 4, and 5 continue to experience some troubles, but due to a filesystem check. Sydney nodes 3, 7 have had services restored at this time.

Singapore node 1 is currently running a file system check and will be online as soon as it is complete.
Sydney, AU nodes 1, 4, 5, and 7 had some troubles with the bootloader and we are working to resolve those now.
Montreal, Canada nodes 2, 3, and 9 are stuck prior to the BIOS upon reboot; we have reached out to the datacenter for repair or replacement.

Miami, FL is fully operational again. We are experiencing some troubles with bringing some systems in Sydney, AU and Montreal, CA online. We anticipate a resolution within the hour, exceeding our defined maintenance window. Thank you for your patience in the meantime!

Phoenix, AZ has been completed.

Montreal, CA nodes 2, 3, 8, and 9 are affected by an issue on reboot and we're investigating further.

Seattle, WA; Ashburn, VA; and Los Angeles, CA have been completed. All MySQL servers in affected regions are completed.

Due to complications, these systems are still in progress: Phoenix, AZ node 12; Miami, FL node 4; Dallas, TX nodes 3, 4.

Please note: Chicago, IL DC1 and DC2 will not be receiving these updates as the systems will be replaced and upgraded as of Monday, October 7th, 2019.
