All tasks have been completed; we are now only awaiting the networks team to complete their changes. Until then, servers will be unreachable, but can be managed via FTP and the control panel.

Daemons have been configured, IPs configured. IPs will not be reachable until the network team at our datacenter have completed the changes on the VLAN.
We are refreshing the control panel's caches and will proceed to our next part of our maintenance while awaiting the network changes.

We are beginning the initial transfer of data. This will allow us to copy over only the data that has changed over time when it comes to the maintenance window, thus should decrease the impacted service times. The scheduled migration window will not change.

The CubedHost Operations team has scheduled a maintenance period to upgrade the hardware and improve the network redundancy in the region. The CPUs in the systems housing the Minecraft platform will be upgraded from E3-1240v3 to E-2186Gs; roughly a 26% single-threaded performance boost for the same great cost.
Due to the type of maintenance, the entire region will become unavailable all at once, followed by services returning all at once. All servers will be restarted during this time frame as it is a migration across physical systems. Once services become unavailable, we anticipate no more than 60-90 minutes of an interruption, if not less.
If you need the service to be online through this period, we'd recommend transferring to another facility nearby until the maintenance is completed. This would involve 2 IP changes and it is unlikely you would receive your original IP address. In terms of distance, we would recommend Seattle, WA; Los Angeles, CA; or Dallas/Chicago for a central location.
Server owners and administrators will be notified via email shortly, as well as 24 hours prior to the maintenance window. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at any time from the bottom right of any page on our website or control panel.
