Datacenter is still investigating the root cause of the disturbance, but they expect no issues moving forward while the port is configured as it is. We will leave the monitoring to our automated monitoring systems and to the vibrations of our cell phones should any issues arise.

As part of the troubleshooting process, the provider will be changing some settings on our uplink ports. A brief disconnection will be observed as they change the port settings.

Customers on all previously mentioned IP ranges, or the entirety of our Ashburn facility, may experience brief interruptions of 30 - 60 seconds as the Network Operations team at our upstream provider completes changes. We're still monitoring the situation and awaiting a resolution.

Connectivity appears to be restored for customers with an IP starting with 209.182.104.X and 104.219.4.X. We are awaiting a resolution for 104.219.5.X IPs.

We're receiving reports of some various troubles with connectivity to IPs beginning with 104.219.5.X (22.214.171.124 through 126.96.36.199).
