We are still awaiting the Network Operations team to complete a change on their end. Unfortunately, no ETR is available at this time.

Datacenter reports that all equipment is now energized and they're working to restore service to devices that are still reporting offline; currently, this does include our equipment. We've reached out to them to ensure the CubedHost IP range is brought online appropriately.
Once the IP range is brought back up, we will briefly restart the Prisma daemons to ensure they come online and start the Minecraft servers successfully.

The maintenance is still ongoing while the facility completes the cabling and energizing of their equipment. Further updates will be available as soon as we hear more.

Nodes 21, 22, and 23 are coming online, however, customer IPs will be unavailable temporarily until the network is fully configured for CubedHost IP space.

Nodes 21, 22, and 23 have arrived at the new facility and are being reracked and connected. Node 24 has been taken offline and is being prepped for shipment.

Chicago, IL nodes 21, 22, and 23 have been shut down and are being prepped for transfer to the Chicago Equinix facility. Estimated time will be provided once additional information is available.

Our Chicago, IL facility #2 has notified us of a migration of their operations in order to improve redundancy and allow for further expansion of their services. During the scheduled time, the services may be down for up to 12 hours.
If you wish to have your server migrated to another facility or location to avoid the 12 hour downtime, please reach our to our team as soon as possible.
