We are restoring access to the Prisma control panel and restarting Prisma daemons appropriately. If you are unable to manage your server, please reach out to our team in about 5 minutes if you are still unable to do so.

We are still working to complete the maintenance. An error occurred during the migration and required the database infrastructure to be recreated in the new VPC. This has been completed, however, we are testing to ensure that no data was lost.

Estimated restoration time is 45 minutes or less.

Backup of the MySQL infrastructure has been completed. We are proceeding with the changes.

Control panel and billing areas have been disabled temporarily and redirect to our Help Center to explain the changes taking place. We'll be back soon!

Slight clarification: All services will remain online throughout this maintenance window, only interactions via the control panel (managing console, chat, etc.) or daemon software (scheduled tasks, start/stop/restart, etc.) will be interrupted.

The CubedHost Operations team has scheduled a maintenance window to upgrade the internal MySQL infrastructure, as well as complete some preparation work for better global latency reduction for the Prisma panel to overall improve the accessibility of the control panel.

This maintenance will interrupt normal service operation and will affect the control panel, individual servers scheduled tasks (including broadcasts and restarts), and parts of our website (ordering, legacy client area). Once the maintenance has been completed, scheduled tasks will retroactively apply at the time the Prisma daemon is able to re-establish communication with our internal infrastructure but will proceed as normal for the next scheduled run time.

We anticipate this interruption to be no more than 30 minutes, however, it may take up to the full duration scheduled.
